General terms and conditions of Eagle

 

1. Scope and provider

(1) These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Eagle, 24 hours a day, E-Mail contact@eaglehoreca.com

(2) Our deliveries, services and offers are made exclusively on the basis of these general terms and conditions, which also apply to all future business relationships.

(3) The contract language is exclusively English.

 

2. Conclusion of contract

(1) Our range of goods in the online shop or print catalog does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to you to submit a binding inquiry to us. You can submit this inquiry to us by phone, by letter, fax or in the online shop by inserting the desired items in the virtual shopping cart, clicking on the "Checkout" button and sending the items to the shopping cart.

(2) After receipt of your order in the online shop, you will receive an automated e-mail documenting your submitted inquiry (order). This email only confirms that we have received the order (a contract has not yet been concluded).

(3) An effective contract is only concluded when we accept your inquiry and sign it back by email.

 

3. Terms of payment

We accept T/T payment, 30% deposit, 70% balance.

 

4. Delivery

(1) Goods delivery date is generally 35 days.

(2) We generally accept FOB terms.

(3) Delivery port is normally Jiangmen, also Guangzhou or Shenzhen port is available.
